Makeup for Acne-Prone and Oily/Combo Skin??

Hey guys, 

I recently stumbled across a video from the Sephora team on their Youtube channel called "How to Cover Acne and Scars" and was wondering if the products that were being used helped with acne (meaning that there weren't any breakouts after using them/helped diffuse acne appearances). I have more hormonal acne than the model, mostly on my cheeks, and wanted to know if the application would provide me a similar flawless result. 

 

Feel free to suggest any products that works for you! 

 

I am currently using the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer, Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer, and Kat Von D loose setting powder all for my base. It's all good after application, but during the day there are separations in areas where my acne are.
