How to get rid of tiny zit-like bumps on chin?

I’m not even sure the actual name for these but they’re annoying. They’re like tiny zit like bumps all around my chin. I don’t touch my chin at all throughout the day - I stopped doing that a long time ago. But I feel like no matter what I do or try, they won’t go away. I’ve been using Proactiv for about 13 years and stopped a few months ago. It took care of the acne but dried my skin our way too much that moisturizers wouldn’t help. I had to use eczema cream on my face to fix it. I decided to try Drunk Elephant because it’s clean. Not sure if this caused the problem so I’ve tried Tula. My face had no difference at all... I just want these bumps to go away. I even went a week without foundation so it could heal but no difference. Been drinking more water than I can handle, eating cleaner, working out more, but nothing else is working... has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it? The lighting isn’t the best, but here are some pictures that show what I’m talking about. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hey! I had a similar thing and oh my goodness IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. I tried everything and it always looked so textured with makeup on too so there was no way of covering it.. I feel your pain.

My problem is solved though, get CodeRED by revoderm I think its called, its a vitamin K cream STOPPED this and my skin in glowing ahhhh and smooth. My mom was told by her dermatologist to get it because of her rosacea, but they said its unreal for these bumps too because it stop the tiny blood vessels in the face (which supply/cause these bump) to shrink right at the skins surface.

The bumps are gone but I do have some scaring from picking at them so I new use AHA resurfacing masks like the Farmacy one or Drunken elephant and they help a lot!

I’m an aesthetician and I suggest getting a facial soon, it would help with the texture and congestion. Also look into getting microdermabrasion by your aesthetician as well, this well help your skin cells turn over and with the texture as well! This could also be hormonal because the chin area is known as the area of the face that has to do with hormonal breakouts. Hope this helps!

@Mary092  I have the same mostly on my forehead and my chin I just started using The ordinary alpha Lipoic acid 5% and I noticed a difference after 2 uses.

Hey so I have the same issue and sometimes, they become really inflamed. I wear makeup on a daily too and with my oily skin, my pores tend to get clogged often. I started using Drunk Elephant’s Beste cleanser about 6 months ago now and it really works. I also regularly steam my face and do an at home microdermabrasion every once and a while, but of course talk to your dermatologist before buying one. I also do a bentonite clay mask twice a week and a tumeric sheet mask 3 times a week. But going to an esthetician would be great as well. Sometimes, you just need a serious clean out. Let me know if any of this helps!
