Does anybody know what these bumps are and how to get rid of them? I’ve struggled with them for a while and so far the only thing that’s even helped a little has been the ordinary niacinimide serum, but I ran out. I was wondering if there’s a more efficient way that I can actually get RID of them, not just make the inflammation go down. I don’t really know what they are, but the bumps on my forehead feel different from the ones on my cheeks. They’re bigger and softer, and they get more red. Please let me know what they are and what works to get rid of them

Re: Fungal Acne or closed comedones?

I had similar kind of small bumps on the forehead that were there for a long time. I have sensitive acne prone combination skin.
I double cleanse ,tone and moisturize. Omorovicza Mask with the help of above routine is a game changer for me. Bumps are gone forever.
1.Slaai drunk elephant is makeup melting butter cleanser.
2.Dr. Dennis alpha beta, pore perfecting cleansing gel

3.Fresh rose and hyaluronic acid deep hydration toner

4.The Ordinary hyaluronic acid 2%

5.Olehenriksen C-rush vitamin C gel moisturizer

6.Chanel hydra beauty gel creme.
7.Mask used weekly “omorovicza silver mask”

8.Mask used twice/week. Farmacy honey potion renewing anti oxidant hydration mask

@paytower4562 fun fact fungal acne is actually not acne - its like a colliqual slang for malassezia folliculitis (which is not a form of acne but an inbalance of yeast). It's also pretty rare for it to show up on the face

If you think that is the problem though I'd recommend going to see a dermatologist for treatment - some skincare products can actually irritate fungal acne and the topical treatments are not as common in OTC products.

Try to don’t drink milk, because I read the milk can produce acne

Hi @paytower4562 ! I pile suggest talking to a dermatologist about it. They will be able to identify it and help find a solution! Have a great day 😊

Re: Fungal Acne or closed comedones?

hey! i’ve been watching a lot of hyram videos so i’m guessing it may be fungal acne. i have a similar problem! the best things that’s helped me is to double cleanse, i use an oil cleanser first to get rid of makeup, then i use the cerave sa cleanser. i really recommend a salicylic cleanser since it’ll take out sebum and other gross stuff out of your pores which will definitely help out with those tiny tiny pimples you’ve got there. hope this helps!
