ACNE ISSUES ON FOREHEAD

hey y’all, im 18, i got a really bad acne on my face but after a while it was gone. Recently, my forehead is getting so many acne and it is hurting so bad for me. I am using Proactive now, I usually go out a lot and wearing makeup all day, i trying to use oils face washes method now but it seems didn’t work. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MY FOREHEAD ?!!!

Keeping hair out of your face can help because your hair produce oils. Drink plenty of water (minimum 3 liters at least), make sure you change your pillow cases often. Try wearing no makeup for awhile. Apple cider vinegar also helps to detox your body when you drink a teaspoon with water if your body can handle it. It’s very bitter so you can add a little honey to sweeten it. Also Aloe Vera plant helps to take the redness away and if you happen to pop your pimples which is so hard not to do from experience, Aloe Vera helps heal the open wounds. Ooh I had the same problem what I used to get rid of it is Dickinson's All Natural Witch Hazel Toner got rid of all the pesky little bumps and pimples on my forehead within a few weeks
