$100 rouge reward not opening

$100 rouge reward not opening

 

i have redeemed 2500 points for 1 $100 rogue reward. I have received the emails for them but when I click activate now nothing happens, I get no promo code or barcode to use them. Please help!

@Jessy515  post this in customer support and a mod will help you! that happened to me and the Mods were super helpful! they were able to resend the link and it worked the second time!
