Hi all girly! I recently noticed that my lip balm (from Ami Colé) has something small inside it—like a particle or speck. I reached out to the brand directly, and they assured me it's safe to use. Still, I wanted to ask the community:Has anyone else noticed something unusual inside their lip balm—specifically from Ami Colé?Would love to hear if others have experienced the same thing, or if this might be a one-off issue.I’m writing to share a concern regarding Lip Treatment Oil, which I received as a gift and have only recently started using. My boyfriend purchased it from a Sephora store at an airport in China in November 2024 while traveling. I didn’t open or use the product until April 2025, and since then, I’ve used it only three times.To my surprise and concern, I noticed green mold or a fungus-like substance growing inside the tube. This is quite alarming, especially since I have stored the product properly in a cool, dry place and followed normal hygiene practices.I’ve attached photos to show exactly what I found. I’m reaching out to ask you guy about this.
