@danielledanielle, thank you! That mac & cheese came out looking well. There was one batch that looked (and tasted) more like mush and cheese 😂🤣😂 It has been a learning curve, that's for sure. Ha!

I love your idea for combining your stretches with gratitude, too! Practicing gratitude has been big for me lately, and stretching is one of the remaining activities that I want to try to fit in during the rest of this month, so I may have to try this!
@caitbird, thank you! I was pleased with the gingerbread chai tea latte - it's hard (for me, at least) to get the foam to a thicker foamy consistency using dairy-free milk but I figured a way that gets me somewhere close enough for my liking. If you are able to get in some stretch + gratitude time in, I'd love to hear how it went for you - what was good, what was challenging about it, if it's something you'd try again, etc.
Hahaha! But the apples and berries are delicious @Samtian 🤣 I know ... it wasn't the apples or berries you were referring to. The apple cider donuts from the apple orchard were 👍 - I've been meaning to get myself up there for some apple picking but it hasn't happened yet. Maybe next fall.

If I shared this recipe, the star ingredient would be "lots of cups of your favorite beverage to keep the donut from tasting so dry and mealy" 😂🤣😂 I wondered if I forgot or miscalculated an ingredient somewhere. 🤔The cinnamon sugar dust helped but I have some adjustments to make.
Week 3- Giant leaf. I had started writing them down as they happened, and wouldn't you know it...I lost the paper. I didn't like my "highlighter" job so I tried filling in the square to make it easier for me to see. That didn't work out so well either, but I guess it's better. But no way am I going in and filling in all the gaps.
