• Has anyone tried HUM Flatter Me???? How’s it working? I take L-glutamine which works but not for long term use. I was looking into using the HUM when I’m off. Does it work? 🤔

I use several HUM products, including the flatter me. I like it as I have a sluggish colon. It works well if used daily.

No, but I have tried The Nue Co. Debloat with Digestive Enzymes. It's rather expensive and doesn't give a milligram breakdown of their ingredients. I didn't notice any huge difference in taking it. At least HUM gives a breakdown and it's very similar if not the same ingredients as Nue - and you only have to take one pill vs Nue's 2 pills. Worth a try!
