Tarte, Kat Von D, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Marc Jacobs, Stila, Smashbox, Cover FX, Becca, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Hourglass, Bite Beauty, Buxom, Ciate London, Milk Makeup, Natasha Denona, ColourPop, BareMinerals, and there's even more. PETA is always a good source to check whether a brand is truly cruelty-free or not.

Personally, one of my favorite brands is Tarte. It's not only cruelty free but it has yet to break me out and I have really sensitive skin.

Anastasia Beverly Hills and ColourPop are hands down my favorite. Kay Von D has the best mainstream vegan perfume- I have both Saint and Sinner!

I'm a big fan of Kat Von D, Hourglass, Milk, CoverFx, Bite, colourpop, and Natasha Denona. To my knowledge those are all cruelty free brands and do not have a parent company that are not cruelty free. A few of my other favorites (but do have parent companies that are not cruelty free) are tarte (owned by Kose), too faced (owned by Estée Lauder) and it cosmetics (owned by L'Oréal). Tarte is one of my favorite brands and is cruelty free. But beware that tarte is owned by a Japanese company called Kose and that company is not cruelty free.

I think that tarte is a great cruelty free brand. One of my all time favourite brands for both makeup and skin care!!
