What's New Wednesday: Hush

EDIT: We tried three shades of the Prism Airbrush Spray! I am in love with all three colors I tried in the prism spray, it's unlike any other color spray I've tried because it shows up so distinctly on dark hair. The spray is almost holographic so it shows up beautifully regardless of your hair color. 

Malibu Pink looks pink on my blonde pieces and show up as a vibrant purple on my dark roots. The purple shade in Malibu Pink is similar to Amethyst Haze but a brighter shade of purple. I love these all so much but I would probably reach for Amethyst Haze the most our of personal preference and a secret desire to dye my hair purple  

I used a ton of product and didn't lay down a towel so there was a little but of color that transferred onto my white pillowcase but it washed right out. Next time I would just lay down my Aquis towel or simply use a pillow that isn't white. 

Here's another photo of my coworkers Molly and Alex trying these out. Molly (left) is wearing Teal Breeze and bought a can of this right after we played with this and Alex (middle) has gorgeous, firey hair so she added pops of purple which elevated her already great color.

This is very cool. I’m not looking to dye my hair any interesting color but I really wish this kind of thing was around when I was 16 (I’m sure my mom does too)! We could either use Kool-Aid, which barely showed up or Manic Panic, but was impossible to find in the suburbs in the early 1990’s. It was also a little too permanent for my Catholic school and parent’s liking. A product like this would have made us all happy.

This is amazing! Malibu Pink is definitely the color I’m going for! Can’t wait to test this out and I’m especially excited about the part where it easily washes out so I can have pink hair on the weekend but go back to boring blonde for work! 😬😉

I love the purple in your hair @KatieBT 😍💜 I have purple hair and I love it but it does take a lot of up keep to keep the colour. This is great for people wanting to see if they want to try out a colour for keeps or just for a fun night out. I think it's great for someone like me too to help keep the colour rich in between colouring 😉

@KatieBT All three of you ladies look beautiful! I’m so wowed with how solid these colors are! It really looks like actual hair dye. I think I need the pink one in my life 👩🏼‍🎤 ...and the teal...and the purple...

P.S. Forgot to mention that I got a lot of backhanded compliments i.e. "WOW! Is your hair purple?! And teal?! It actually looks really good!" Apparently I'm not one to change up my hair very often 😄

That is a WOW worthy result @KatieBT Thank you for posting the pics and review. All three colours look very nice and vibrant and I’m happy to see how great they are showing up on darker hair. I am also loving purple the most and probably this will be the one I may pick first.

I’m so excited for the prism Airbrush spray. Looking at the brand page, it seems like finally something that will show up on darker hair as well.
