SHIPPING TO PO BOX

Hi! Does anyone knows if Sephora makes shippings to PO BOXES? I placed an order and it got cancelled so I send an email to customer service and they reply they were unable to send my stuff because it wasn’t a residential address but then I checked the shipping policy and it says they do accept PO BOXES. Has anyone recive their shipment to a P.O. BOX? 😢 Help.

I get deliveries to my P O box all the time, the USPS is more reliable than UPS for me. If your P O box isn't in the US, then maybe that's the issue, but if you're in the US, Sephora should certainly ship to your box if you check USPS as your delivery option. You can also set this as your default option once you get it to work.

if I choose regular shipping they shipped to my PO box but one time I tried priority and it wouldn't go through

In Canada, I receive shipments to my PO box address with no issues, I don’t see why it would be different in the US!

You'll likely need to select USPS shipping during checkout...that's not what it usually defaults to, but that's the only option that'll deliver to a PO box. If you did that before and it still got cancelled, well, I dunno what the deal is...Sephora is very odd about shipping addresses. 😒

Hey, 

were you able to solve this issue because I seem to have the same problem? It states cancelled on every item I've ordered, the order status is "pending" and I chose USPS shipping. 😔
