New Functionality Alert: Ambassador Curated Posts

Hey there Community! We heard you wanted an even easier way to navigate and keep up with all the fun conversations happening around the BIC. Now introducing Ambassador Curated Posts, a feature to help you narrow in and catch up on a smaller number of noteworthy posts. Think of it as the highlight reel for your everyday browsing. 

Our friendly group of Community Ambassadors can now select and share posts that they find interesting. If you’re new here, Community Ambassadors are some of our most active members. You can spot them in the wild with a unique “Community Ambassador” badge. To learn more, check out this post here: Introducing our 2022 Sephora Beauty Insider Community Ambassadors! 

Starting next month, while browsing on desktop or mobile, you’ll see a list of Ambassador-curated posts, all sporting an “Ambassador Curated” badge. 😊 These curated posts are constantly changing. They’re a diverse mix from across the community – which means it’s possible your post may be featured as well!

Only want to see Ambassador picks? Click on the “Ambassador Curated Posts” tab at the top of the Community home and group pages to see the curated feed. Currently, this is only available via desktop or mobile web browsers, though we hope to bring Ambassador Curated Posts to the Sephora app too. 🙏

Our team of Community moderators will keep an eye on Ambassador curated content, just as they do for all posts and actions across Community! Please continue to be mindful of our Community guidelines – as a reminder, Community members can report posts by clicking the ellipses to the bottom right of the post and selecting “Report Inappropriate Content” to flag it to the moderator team if necessary. 

Alongside features like the search bar, bookmarking, and thread subscriptions, we’re excited about this new way to help make BIC navigation even easier. 🤩 What kind of topics would you want to see curated?
