Moschino X Sephora Collection Updates

Hi all,

We are extremely sorry that we are experiencing shipping delays on the limited edition Sephora Collection Moschino products.

 As of this morning, all East Coast stores (AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, VA, WI, WV) have received product and most are sold out. West Coast stores (AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA)  and Canadian stores (Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia / Newbrunswick / Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec)  will start receiving product starting on Friday 8/25 with Hawaii and Alaska in the days following.

Due to the very limited quantity of this special edition collection, please contact your local Sephora store to verify availability.

@meecheroo For now, it looks like it's gone.  Sephora usually pulls products from the site (and your loves list) when it's completely out of stock and there are no plans to bring it back.  That being said, things reappear on the site (and your loves list) randomly when stock is found and released for sale.  Case in point, right now several items from last year's Disney x Sephora collection are back on the website (and my loves list) despite having been sold out and gone for several months.  Once they sell out again, they'll be pulled from the site as well.

And yes, Moschino x Sephora was a comically limited launch.

The items are no longer showing on the site so I guess that is the end of the collection

Yes, so people will not have to run around being disappointed anymore.  I never what to hear about any events this company is doing again.  I have never seen so much chaos like this during a launch in my life.

I'm from Canada, have any of fellow Canadians seen this collection in the store yet? I stopped by the store yesterday and today and was told they haven't receive it yet. They said I can always call in and ask but I really don't want to miss it again since I already missed the online launch😢😢

Hey guys, for those of u that lives in vancouver area. There are 3 of the bear eyeshadow palettes at the high street location in Abbotsford. 3 of the lipgloss sets and 4 of the eye mask. 

Let me know if any of u want me to grab it for u. Not sure how many I can buy at once, I dun want them to think I'm a reseller. Just want to help out u girls.

@toxiemy stores got them on Friday and sold out. I even called one store Friday and they said no, when I called back today they said they had it on Friday and sold out.

I visited two Sephora stores in Edmonton and on Friday, the WEM store had the entire collection except the compact mirror. Today I checked Southgate and there were a few lip sets and eye masks left as well as one brush set left... Out of curiosity, I asked a Sephora sales associate if it was coming back in stock, and she said it will be in the next few weeks and that the collection is delayed because of customs and warehouse issues.

I'm from the west coast, and yesterday when I called they still said they haven't received them yet. So hopefully they'll b in today. 😢😢

Eaton Centre and Yonge & Eg both definitely had stock, but according to other reports, the actual numbers were very limited. 😞 Definitely call your nearby store(s) though, since you can put stuff you want on hold for up to 48 hours if they do happen to have it!

I called two Sephora's the day of the launch because it was out of stock in literally 30 minutes online. They won't put it on hold because it's limited edition unfortunately and I went into three Sephora's the day of the launch and everything was already sold out!!! I was also at a Sephora on the 24th, one day before the launch and they had already put them out on display (square one location in Mississauga, ontario). So that's probably why there was nothing in stock the next day at the store locations because they put it out a day early.

It was suppose to be in stores on the 24th but there was an issue with shipment so they pushed it back to the 25th.  The stores that did receive items on the 24th put them out on the 24th.

I think one of my friends saw it at the Sephora in Yorkdale, I think she only saw the lip glosses, everything else is sold out.

@toxie I saw it at the Eatons Centre in Toronto yesterday. The rack was mostly cleared but there were 3 of the shopping bag palettes and 1 lipgloss set left.
