Moschino X Sephora Collection Updates

Hi all,

We are extremely sorry that we are experiencing shipping delays on the limited edition Sephora Collection Moschino products.

 As of this morning, all East Coast stores (AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, VA, WI, WV) have received product and most are sold out. West Coast stores (AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA)  and Canadian stores (Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia / Newbrunswick / Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec)  will start receiving product starting on Friday 8/25 with Hawaii and Alaska in the days following.

Due to the very limited quantity of this special edition collection, please contact your local Sephora store to verify availability.

@shimmerbait omg! I'm so sorry you took the day off for that. I'm checking eBay for unbroken highlighters (cringe). What an awful release. 😞

I went to the store. They didn't receive it and said they would not be carrying the collex. Said the nearest store on the list is about three hours away if I felt like making the drive. No thanks. Guess I am going without 🙃

Are you doing anything to address all the broken highlighters? I've tried calling some of my local Sephora stores to guarantee myself a replacement but no one will confirm they received the items and I've been told firmly that no holds will be allowed, even though it's to replace broken product.

My local Sephora will not be getting anything from this collection apart from the gift cards that were sent to them last Thursday (24th aug on launch date). I'm really upset because I found out today if I was able to travel 30 mins further I may have had the chance to purchase from two other Sephora locations, but again they both told me over the phone they sold out of everything within an hour.
