Moschino X Sephora Collection Updates

Hi all,

We are extremely sorry that we are experiencing shipping delays on the limited edition Sephora Collection Moschino products.

 As of this morning, all East Coast stores (AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, VA, WI, WV) have received product and most are sold out. West Coast stores (AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA)  and Canadian stores (Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia / Newbrunswick / Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec)  will start receiving product starting on Friday 8/25 with Hawaii and Alaska in the days following.

Due to the very limited quantity of this special edition collection, please contact your local Sephora store to verify availability.

The shopping bag palette is very nice. It was better than I expected it to be. It has a nice feel to it and it is pretty sturdy. The eyeshadows in it are really nice and pigmented. I'm glad I picked it up online. Unfortunately I was unable to get the bear highlighter anywhere. My local Sephora always get the limited edition stuff but not this time. They said they have only received the bear gift cards and nothing else. They said they have no idea if they will get it. I believe them because when I went in there, there was no display for this collection. I have a feeling that they may still get it but no news as of yet. I also have a feeling it could show up online but this has not been confirmed at least not that I know of.

Yeah, I kept checking online from time to time and see if anything will pop back in stock. I'm on the west coast and the staff said the shipment is delayed and probably won't be here til Monday? Because apparently that store don't get shipment on weekend? So yeah, crossing my fingers and hope for the best. 😂

I keep calling all the sephora that are in IL close to me and they all keep telling me they haven't received nothing because the shipment was delay and that they don't know when they are going to get it! Do you know when they will be arriving ?

I heard it was only at 2 stores in Chicago and no there locations are getting it, does anyone know if it's gonna restock ?

Are you near Chicago?  The downtown State Street location is showing the bear palette, highlighter, and shopping bag palette in stock in store when you search online as of this morning.

Yes I was in this morning around 10:40in the Sephora downtown and they didn't have nothing left but the shoping  bag palette they said they only had like 8 bear palettes so they were sold out and that's they didn't know if they were going to restock 😞

What a bummer - so sorry they were gone 😞  I'm in Chicago too.   I got lucky being a night owl and got everything I wanted online late Thursday night last week when first released.

I called the store and they said that they are sold out. I'm not sure why it is showing up online that they have it.

Guess inventory does not update every 3 hours like they say it should.  So frustrating!

i drove all the way to dallas today because i was told by one of YOUR employee's that they would have it. when i got there the employee very rudely told me that they weren't getting it and if they were i would have seen it. this is absolute bs sephora. you can send pr packages but what about the customer's that actually want it the product???

At least you didn't wait two hours on the 24th because when you called on the 23rd the SA said they would have the collection on the 24th LIKE I DID.  The store did not have one item!  They didn't even have the courtesy to have a sign on the door stating the didn't have it so that people wouldn't waste their morning.

Don't listen to the stores, they give conflicting information. It depends on who answers the phone. There was clearly no memo sent out to give them proper messaging to give to customers. At this point your best bet is to monitor the website for a restock that will probably never happen, or go to eBay. Ridiculous.

Did you go to the Northpark location? That was the only one showing stock of what I was looking for in the collection

When will the bear palettes be stocked in the east coast? I only see nyc and one in Connecticut carrying it today? Is it slowly on its way? I drove an hour away for the bear palette but they never got it in only the other items came in. @KatieBT

I missed the on-line launch because I work.  I cannot stay up all hours of the night in a futile attempt to purchase items from a collection of a less than limited stock.  It is even more futile to go to work and then come home and expect any of the items from a less than limited stock to still be available.

I missed the in-store launch because this less than limited stock was not released within 100 miles of where I live.  I live 50 miles from two large markets and 100 miles from two more large markets.  Wow!

Why couldn't you spread out the on-line launch so that those of us who work could have a chance?  Why couldn't you just say which stores would have the collection and how many at each store.  And say upfront that they cannot be put on hold.  Maybe Sephora should have held a lottery since you knew the stock was far more limited than the demand would be.

I am extremely upset with you Sephora and how you have handled this entire launch from the 18th. You knew there was going to be insane hype surrounding this collection and you did not prepare. Not only that, but I have NEVER in the many YEARS that I have been buying make up, had an order cancel after receiving confirmation like that. I spoke to 2 customer service reps and 2 supervisors. I was hung up on by one of your reps, because they just didn't want understand why I was upset or offer and help or solution, so they found it easier just to hang up on me. Your supervisors did nothing but want to throw beauty points at me, as that would help anything??? Then I was told to get it in stores and that a location would hold it for me. None of the stores in my area are even getting collection at all! Then I find out that my friend who ordered DAYS after me is getting her order? But I order mine on launch and it gets canceled? There is absolutely no excuse for canceling orders on launch day but fulfilling others in the days to follow. You should of went in order and filled all the orders till there were ZERO palettes left to restock. I am also absolutely disgusted by your employees and how rude they have been on the phone, disgusted by the fact that you are letting greedy customers purchase 10 palettes online and in stores for the sole purpose to resell them for double or triple price on Ebay! When has a collection this big ever NOT had a limit of 1 or maybe 2. Why would you allow that to happen KNOWING how much of a limited stock you had. You are forcing all of use to spent over a hundred + $$ to flippers on Ebay in order for us to have a chance to get the palette. Then the ones that did ship have a chance to have empty pans???? Seriously?!!! These people can't even get them replaced! Horrible Sephora Horrible all around. You are not a Rookie company and you know better. I am done with Sephora. I am so upset over how this entire launch was handled. How much sleep I have lost trying to fight a million ppl over a stock of like 5 palettes that 1 person probably bought all of. You will be losing a lot of business and I will be sure to share with all of my followers just how you handled this. Not that they don't already know. You owe us more of the collection, you canceled orders of those of us who waited all night for that release, but filled the orders of ppl who randomly stumbled upon unknown restocks on the website. Completely unacceptable. You owe all of us whose orders you canceled those palettes!

@KatieBT  There is one item I didn't see go live in Canada.  Did we even get the compact mirror? That's one I really wanted and didn't see live and the stores either have no clue or didn't get it.

Ditto this.  I checked throughout the entire night online and never saw it go live, and my local stores never received it.  This was the only piece I was after, minus the sleep mask which I received a week earlier.

Well Florida mall in Orlando Florida said they didn't received the pallet but would be getting it in left my name number and was told that I would get a phone call today Friday it's a different story Sephora has it on hold ........ I went to Brandon town center in Brandon fl was sold out they had only gotten 7 and everyone got multiples I know it sucks cause it's not just me not being able to get there hands on one it's more I mean the only thing right for Sephora to do is make more or 1 per customer its been a big disaster since the first launch it never went live canceled it for the 18 and it was not even the 18 cause they put it up on the 17 at 11:4? Never gave us a time to actually buy the collection on top of that it comes & goes online I mean really @sephora & @Moschino  you could of made plenty & would of gotten a pretty penny at the end it's a Win win now ppl have them on eBay for 3 the price .....NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER DONT THINK IM THE ONLY ONE NOT EVEN DRUG STORE BRANDS BE ON SOME ISHHHH !!!!!
