We are extremely sorry that we are experiencing shipping delays on the limited edition Sephora Collection Moschino products.
As of this morning, all East Coast stores (AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, VA, WI, WV) have received product and most are sold out. West Coast stores (AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA) and Canadian stores (Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia / Newbrunswick / Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec) will start receiving product starting on Friday 8/25 with Hawaii and Alaska in the days following.
Due to the very limited quantity of this special edition collection, please contact your local Sephora store to verify availability.

I'm sorry but as a loyal VIB ROUGE customer for a little more than 3 years I am really disappointed. This was the worst let down ever I think I'm gonna start spending my money elsewhere I'm DONE ! ! ! This was ridiculous and very very unprofessional Sephora you just lost a loyal customer that's all I have to say.
Sephora's setting a perfect example for a Case Study for one of my MBA classes on what NOT to do when trying to maintain brand loyalty. I think Sephora has failed on every single rule in customer engagement for omnichannel...
I called six, yes SIX stores three local to me in NorCal, called three of time twice at different times a day amd they gave me opposing info both times and none of the stores had any matching information other than idk. It is pretty disappointing. I just want an online restock if they cant get it together in the stores!
I know how you feel because it seemed like my local Sephora had no idea if and when they would get it. I'm assuming they will because they did get the gift cards in stock. I may call them tomorrow to check again but I'm trying my luck again online. If stock is barely there why not increase the production so most people can have the chance to add what they want to their collections. What's the point in getting this all hyped up and not being prepared enough to meet demand or are certain people getting priority over customers. I really don't know what's going on but I do feel disappointed. Anyway good luck to everyone trying to get what they want.
I was told there was an issue with production which caused a major issue with getting product out. If this is the case, the launch should have been cancelled.
Everywhere i look, i only see the US launch hour. There's no Canadian launch details except it's out on the 25th. Anyone knows what time?
After what happened with the American launch, your best bet is to just stay up.
It's usually 12amPST (3amEST) but who knows if it will work out that way.

Agreed. I didn't see much information on exactly when it would actually be released or even restocked etc in USA.

Meh, life would be boring if we only had the same things day in and day out all the time. LE gives us constant variety. It can be frustrating, but exciting to discover new goodies. Just gotta learn to roll with the punches ☺️

I hope so. Apparently a restock happened around 3pm est time so it's possible. Unfortunately I missed it but if anyone sees a restock please could you update here. I'm hoping for one item. I hope everyone gets what they want from this collection.

Since IN is listed under both east coast and west coast, any idea what Indianapolis falls under (I'm assuming East Coast? Since we're on Eastern time).
@Anonymous I think the only sephoras in Indiana are Indianapolis, Carmel, and Greenwood. I'd think they would all be in east so I was confused. None down here in southern Indiana. 😞
