We are extremely sorry that we are experiencing shipping delays on the limited edition Sephora Collection Moschino products.
As of this morning, all East Coast stores (AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, VA, WI, WV) have received product and most are sold out. West Coast stores (AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA) and Canadian stores (Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia / Newbrunswick / Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec) will start receiving product starting on Friday 8/25 with Hawaii and Alaska in the days following.
Due to the very limited quantity of this special edition collection, please contact your local Sephora store to verify availability.

SWPA stores said they were not receiving the collection. Very disappointed.

@KatieBT Does this mean west coast stores positively won't have anything in stock today (8/24)? I called yesterday and was told it would be available today, but now I'm unsure if they actually had a shipment sitting in the back or not
All the Sephoras around me either sold out within minutes or didn't get it. Super limited quantities indeed. Any chance of another online restock?
My Sephora says they have it but have not been notified of the launch date. Do they have to sell me the products since technically on the website the launch date is today 8/24?
@KatieBT so does this mean that my store will eventually get the products if they don't have it today? The staff at my store really couldn't answer any questions. They don't have it today on the date the website showed it would be available. Since you mentioned a roll out does that mean it will trickle in to stores and I should just check back? My other option is to drive to a store an hour away but I really don't want to do that. The store an hour away didn't even have all the pieces in the collection. Will all stores eventually get each piece or just a few? Thanks please update us.

Thanks for the update. This has to be one of the most unorganized releases though. Why not just hold off until you know all can release the same day? I'm sure your stores don't want people calling nonstop to see when they can get the product. I live too far from a store to even play this game.
This is frustrating. Understanding this is a limited line and based on Sephora's own release notes, I took a vacation day so I can ensure I get the product I want. Now it's "sorry, might have it, might not, can't tell you when." My vacation days are not unlimited. If it's not at my store today, well it looks like I'll just have to miss out.
