New year, new beauty faves! 💁‍♀️✨ In 2024, I’m doubling down on beauty products that work for me – seeing dry patches on my skin? There’s a moisturizer for that. Need to prevent acne after a workout? I tried a facial spray to fight it off! I’m big on new year’s resolutions, and I’m using this time of year to find motivation to dedicate more time and energy to the beauty products and routines that bring me joy. 💜

@itsfi does it help with wrinkles.. I do get dark circles too but... my main concern is wrinkles 😭 and the concealer that settles in them 🥲🥲🥲

@jaaayp, have you tried or does retinol or bakuchiol work for you, for wrinkles?

I used the Glow Recipe Avocado Fine Line Eye Cream with Retinol 0.5 oz/ 15 mL before... didn't see much of a difference... do you mean retinol or bukuchiol serum under the eyes @itsfi ? 👀

@jaaayp Either? My skin doesn't respond well to retinol, at any concentration so it's bakuchiol for me. The OLEHENRIKSEN Wrinkle Blur™ Bakuchiol Eye Gel Crème 0.5 oz/ 15 mL is in my Re: Pan It! - 2024 Challenge so I'm hoping to get some good use out of it. Bakuchiol has worked well for me. A few years ago, I suddenly got these wrinkles between my eyebrows (ack!). I used a (since discontinued) bakuchiol serum on them and they went away. Not overnight, but they eventually went away and they haven't (knock on wood) come back so these days, I'm all about the bakuchiol for wrinkles.

AH YES I actually tried that eye cream last year. I really liked it and repurchased it once @itsfi but I didn't repurchase again as my wrinkles lightened but didn't go away. I mean I guess at a certain point, I should just accept that I'm getting older and gotta be on preventative mode 😂😂😂

@itsfi  Sounds like you’ve been all about the scents this month! Both scents sound amazing!

@ather, scents have been in use more this month; using a lot of candles in particular. A lovely bit of aromatherapy. We had a stretch of rain and cold weather that lent itself very nicely to having candles lit in every room in the house - comfy and cozy feels.

My favorite perfume is Maison Francis Kurdijian Oud Silk Mood Extrait, @itsfi, but Satin mood sounds lovely, too!

@curlychiquita, he has curated a wonderful collection of fragrances. I’ve tried the EdP version of Oud Silk Mood 😍 but not the extrait version. At least not yet. I’m making a note to test it out the next time I’m in the store.

Thanks @CynthieLu I’m so glad I picked it up even though it has a slight fragrance my sensitive dry skin hasn’t any reaction! I’m in love I have a feeling I’ll be repurchasing!😅✨❤️
