Melt cosmetics Blueprint eyeshadow palette stack

Has anyone else purchased The Melt cosmetics Blueprint eyeshadow palette stack and received it shattered?! I purchased one a few months ago and it was broken then I waited until this item was in stock again to order another one .. which I received and again ITS BROKEN!! i don’t know if This item is marked $23 off because of this or what! I definitely didn’t expect it to be broken both times!!!

Sephora doesn't do a good job with packaging their orders.  I sometimes find the stuff I ordered to come a bit squished.  A part of it is also from the rough handling.

You might have better results ordering from their official website.  I ordered a palette from HUDA and it came beautifully packaged and well protected!

@baaabyteeth @I think it’s a packaging issue. Other people have had issues on here with PMG and ND palettes arrived broken. I ordered the blueprint stack from Melt direct with no issues.
