Hello BIC,

 

We just heard some exciting news and wanted to let you know before anyone else. We have a big change this year for our Holiday Bonus promotion. We are inviting VIB and Rouge back to shop the final weekend, along with our Insiders. Now all of our Beauty Insiders, regardless of tier, will be able to shop the final weekend of the promotion!

 

VIB and Rouge clients will both receive 20% off their purchases this weekend from Friday, 11/16 – Monday, 11/19. The discount will be available with unlimited use in-stores, online and at SiJCP (US and Canada). If there were any new launches you were hoping to snag with your discount, you can now get everything on your list with your discount.

This is a very welcome, generous surprise! Thank you Sephora!! I can’t remenber the sale being extended for everybody in the past few years and I’m very grateful.

This is awesome. I am so happy that I can get a few of the items I didnt get to pick up the last two weekends. I do have a question though regarding the Black Friday sale. When is it and at what time? I can't find this information anywhere. I can only see the preview on the app. Thank you.

I tried to enter in this code, it’s not giving me the 20% off. It says I’m not logged Into my account but I am. I’m not understanding this glitch.

I'm sorry to hear this! As you are a Rouge client, you should be able to enter the code "ENJOY" in the promotions section at checkout. If the issue persists, please contact us by phone at 1-877-Sephora (1-877-737-4672) where an agent can assist with your order. 🙂

I just received an order where I used the beauty deluxe codes and they sent me the 2 little perfume samples..not at all what I wanted.

So I legit just went in store yesterday and bought a bunch of things. The salesperson couldn't tell me that the sale was going to be extended and I could have gotten 20% off if I just came back in today? Can I go return the products and buy them back discounted because now I'm furious.

@amc26 You can try to have them give you the 20% discount after the fact or return and re-buy, and they may very well do that for you. But I wouldn't be surprised if they did not, given the sale's terms and conditions. According to the sale information, the offer is not valid on previous purchases.

They do price adjustments I believe within 2 weeks so I don’t see why not! Go get that discount we def deserve it!
