Holiday Bonus Update

We just heard some exciting news and wanted to let you know before anyone else. We have a big change this year for our Holiday Bonus promotion. We are inviting VIB and Rouge back to shop the final weekend, along with our Insiders. Now all of our Beauty Insiders, regardless of tier, will be able to shop the final weekend of the promotion!

VIB and Rouge clients will both receive 20% off their purchases this weekend from Friday, 11/16 – Monday, 11/19. The discount will be available with unlimited use in-stores, online and at SiJCP (US and Canada). If there were any new launches you were hoping to snag with your discount, you can now get everything on your list with your discount.

@elinebr Which code are you trying to use? I ask because the account that you're posting from here indicates that it's an Insider account. If you're an Insider, you would use the code BIBONUS. ENJOY would only work if you had an account that is VIB or Rouge. 

If you're a VIB or Rouge, it may be that you have two accounts accidentally, in which case a mod should be able to help you combine the two accounts. (Try posting in Customer Service). 

ETA: So initially when I responded, your account was showing up as Insider, but after I posted I noticed it had changed to VIB. I wonder if there was an odd glitch or something like that (that is often the case) which may explain why it wasn't working... did it ever work for you?

I’m trying the code BIBONUS now and it is giving me an error message saying that the promotion has expired. It’s 12:53 central time . Is BIBONUS the correct code for a beauty insider. I’m also dong this through the app

Sephora runs on Pacific time, so you've got somewhere around 45 minutes before it works (or perhaps a smidge earlier).

@dani214  Sales, etc. don't usually go into effect until 3 a.m. Eastern time or later.  That may be why you're getting that error message.
