Feedback Wanted: Team BIC’s 2024 Holiday Gratis Thread!

Happy Holidays, BIC! 🤍❄ We’re sending select members a token of our appreciation for their participation in the Beauty Insider Community all year round, and this thread is a place for recipients to share their unboxings! 🤗 It warmed our hearts to see how much you loved last year’s epic Community Faves-themed countdown, so this year we’re sticking with a similar format, while putting a new spin on the unboxing festivities…. with 10 Days of Trending Picks from Team BIC!

You may recognize some of these products being buzzed-about on social, or in rotation on our Trending at Sephora page. 🤳🔥 They may not be official Community Favorites just yet, but if you love what you try, you could very well skyrocket them into Sephora.com greatness by tagging them in your Forum posts or future Gallery looks! 🤩 

Similar to last year, recipients will have 10 Sephora products to unveil across 10 days … but you’re welcome to open on your own schedule (we won’t judge)! Though packages may arrive on varying schedules, they should all land before mid-December. While you’re free to begin unboxing your gratis as you wish when you receive it, we are challenging you to post photos and share your thoughts on each of the products according to the schedule below so we can all experience the magic together (starting with the gift labeled “Day 1”)! You can absolutely post product photos and reactions earlier if you like – we might just suggest hiding them behind a spoiler tab to make it easier for other recipients to avoid any unwanted sneak peeks at the surprises in future days ahead!

I just wanted to mention another Phlur fragrance that I just received via purchase- Emeline.

It is a discontinued fragrance, but is half-price right now on Sephora.  It is eligible for the 20% off fragrance code, AND I was able to use $10 in rewards points, to bring the total to $28.

It is a potent fragrance.  It is a powder floral, and reminds me a little bit of Juliette has a Gun, and Missing Persons, but with no musk.

Day 1 is one of my long time favorites and I am thrilled to have another one! I’ve used several different powder puffs but they don’t even come close to the beauty blender puff!

 Day 2 was a new to me item. I’ve almost picked it up multiple times but never did. I love that it is in 2 pieces so it was easy to make if fit well. I left it on for about 30 minutes and it stayed in place nicely and my face felt nice and hydrated. I loved the cooling feeling and I would definitely use one again!

Have fun with your goodies. How long does the puff usually last for? Do you wash it daily or every other day? @faeriegirl

Woah! 😮

Should I be surprised by @TeamBIC's extravagance and generosity with this Day 10 beauty? No. 

Was I surprised by it? Absolutely. 

Seriously, at this point, TeamBIC's ability to raise its own bar is legendary. Even so, it floors me every time. Every. Time. 

This is ... unreal. Using beauty tools, devices has been something I've been working on using with more consistency - that hasn't gone as well as I hoped (user error or just not being able to get into a good routine). I did some reading on this beauty and it seems that the brand recommends using the device "five times a week for 60 days".  Okay, it looks like this NuFace gadget might give me a new face 😉 (or a nu-ish one) in the new year! Thank you TeamBIC for this beauty and all the goodies and joy you have given us!
