Cannot ship to Canada all of a sudden?

So... all of a sudden, a TON of items on my loves page cannot be shipped to Canada. Some of these I've even already purchased in the past. What's going on here??

this is awful.  If we had been told or given a warning I would have at least stocked up…even the UD chill makeup spray is gone!!!!

Arrggh, I noticed the same thing on my LOVES list a few hours ago too!! So many of the items I have been able to purchase online previously suddenly can't be shipped to me anymore?!!! ... what the heck is going on? I suspect Sephora just lost out on a ton of revenue from Canadian customers by doing this ... I spend over $2K a year just through Sephora online purchases alone and I know many other Canadians do too! Why is Sephora doing this???

i think this is a computer glitch because TONS of stuff is showing up out of stock all of a sudden…entire items in all colours...

but some mods have replied saying products will no longer be available in Canada 😞

That's what I think. There are several products showing OOS right now but are available on Bay and/or SDM/Murale. I think many of them will eventually show up for Canadians.

Even if they would ship them here, they block us from being able to check out with them anyways, so regardless, the points are pretty useless

Oh apparently the return policy will also change to 30 days with receipt or something like that.... I think it takes effect this week....
