Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Submission(s) that does not comply with these Submission Restrictions or that Sponsor otherwise deems to be inappropriate in its sole discretion. In the event of disqualification, the Submission(s) will not be entered into the Sweepstakes.

By uploading a Submission(s), each entrant understands and agrees that the entrant’s Submission(s) may be accessible for viewing by the general public and any such posting will be deemed made at the direction of the entrant within the meaning of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (US) and the Communications Decency Act (US). Entrants are permitted to enter the Sweepstakes up to three (3) times during the Sweepstakes Period, provided that each entry must contain a new Submission. Use of multiple email addresses/accounts to enter more than the permitted number of entries is prohibited. There may be only one (1) named entrant for each Submission, regardless of the number of persons who may have contributed to the creation of the Submission.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Sephora registered account of the entry, which the entrant will have the obligation to establish. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries, or entries not timely received due to telephone failures, Internet or website failures and disruptions, and ISP problems. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry. All eligible entries carry an equal chance of winning.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 27, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 30, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2019.
Selection of Winners: Potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on July 1, 2019 and will be notified by email. Potential winners will be required to provide Sponsor with their full name, mailing address, telephone number and/or date of birth, and will also be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Canadian potential winners must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in the manner specified by the Sponsor, and may be required to complete additional tax forms as requested by Sponsor. For US residents, the winner must supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes, and complete a W9 form. A winner’s prize will be forfeited upon the occurrence of any of the following: (i) the potential winner fails to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize and return any required documents within three (3) days of notification, (ii) the return of a prize or prize notification to Sponsor as non-deliverable; (iii) if the potential winner is Canadian, failure to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in the manner specified by the Sponsor; or (iv) the determination by Sponsor that winner is ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner forfeits a prize or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries until a winner is determined. If any alternate similarly forfeits the prize, Sponsor will use a reasonable number of attempts, in its discretion, to award the prize to another alternate but if it is unable to do so, the prize will be finally forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to award the prize. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all entrants. Limit one prize per person/household. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: Five (5) grand prize winners will each be awarded a grand prize (“Prize”) with an approximate prize value of US $1,000. Each Prize consists of two (2) VIP tickets to attend Session 1 of the SEPHORiA: House of Beauty event, to be held at The Shrine, in Los Angeles, California on September 7, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. PT to 2:00 p.m. PT (the “Event”) and $300 (in the form of a VISA gift card or other form as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion) which may be used by winner towards the cost of travel or otherwise as winner determines. The Prize does not include airfare, travel, accommodations or any other costs or expenses to attend the Event. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion and must be accepted as awarded. SEPHORiA tickets cannot be transferred, resold, upgraded or exchanged under any circumstances. Sponsor is not responsible for replacing a SEPHORiA ticket prize if lost, stolen, mutilated or is otherwise rendered unusable due to any act or omission of prize winner or any party other than Sponsor. Use of SEPHORiA ticket and attendance at SEPHORiA is subject to the terms and conditions of the SEPHORiA event (see SEPHORiA.com for additional details and restrictions). Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute with either the cash value of a prize, or a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are provided “AS-IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and sponsor hereby disclaims all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Applicable federal, provincial, state, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the prizes or the use or redemption thereof is the sole responsibility of the winner. The prizes will be awarded, and will be delivered to the confirmed winners to a valid U.S. or Canadian address shortly before the Event.

My person would be from my past - my mother. I loved to spoil her because she would never spoil herself. She was a beautiful woman and loved beauty products. She would have loved being treated to makeovers, getting SEPHORiA swag, and being treated like a queen. The best part is because she'd had such an enormous heart filled with gratitidue you would have loved being with her and would have felt like a queen yourself by treating her so special. Why are they your dream SEPHORiA guest? Sue introduced me to Sephora more than a decade ago. We always do all the Spring and Fall VIB discount events together. We go out for dinner and then shopping at Sephora. Sephora is our thing.

Her daughter just graduated college and is going into the Army in 2 weeks so I think that this would be a great getaway for her as well as a chance to learn more about makeup and beauty products. I would always go with my mom. She is the person that introduced me into the skincare and makeup world when I was a teen, and I fell in love with it. Everything I know is in her, every trick, tip and product. I’d bring my old best friend from NC. We were basically inseparable for 9 years and she inspired me to be myself despite judgement from everyone else. Everyone called us twins because we looked identical. We would shop at the same stores, wore the same size clothes and even wore the same make-up!!! After she moved 2 hours from me, we drifted apart and our sisterhood was quite never the same...now that I moved back to IL to become the caretaker of my mom after my dad has passed, I no longer get to see my twin. Our schedules are so crazy that it’s hard to even nail down some time to text/call each other just to catch up! So it would be a dream to be able to experience this with someone who has been my ride or die whom I miss the friendship between beyond words!!

If I could bring anyone to Sephora, it would be my mom. My mom would be my dream Sephoria guest because she was the one who bought me my first full makeup set and was the person that taught me all the beauty tricks I know. My mom and I both love anything beauty and I know we would have so much fun at the Sephoria Event together. 🙂
