This is a bit delayed because I have a work project that has been taking up most of my time.
The party was on the 6th floor of a building in Downtown LA. Building Security were in charge of checking people in. Once we went up to the 6th floor, we walked through a hallway to get to the party. There was actually a meeting going on in one of the rooms right next to the elevator.
I'll apologize in advance for not having clearer pictures, although I don't think that they look that bad. I couldn't figure out what was going on until my bank told me that I probably dropped my phone at some point and messed up the camera. This was after they rejected a mobile deposit due to a glare. I'll be getting a new phone once I am done with the project.
There was an open bar with water and beer.
There was a room in front of the indoor bar for photo opportunities.
We then walked outside. Maite Perroni was late, but that was fine because there were small bites coming out. Most of the plates were pretty empty by the time they walked by us, so I only managed to take a picture of one. Not included was a tomato bisque soup with a small piece of grilled cheese, a potato ball with ham, and a stick with cheese, tomato, and balsamic reduction.

During this time, representatives from Sephora got on the mic and talked about the brand and collaboration. Maite arrived at around 6:50 PM from what I rememeber, and she performed about 5-6 songs. She also introduced her band and talked about her music. She also talked about working with Proactiv.
After the performance, most people went back inside. A large crowd formed around the bar while others went into the other room to take pictures. We were told that a line would be forming for anyone who wanted to take a picture with Maite. My +1 and I waited until there was no line left to take pictures. We were handed goodie bags after taking a picture. I will have to post it later on because the bag is at home. A few minutes after that, we headed downstairs to catch a ride share. As we were waiting, a group of people walked up to us and asked if a Sephora was opening in Downtown LA. They'd seen people walking down the street with the bags. They mentioned how disappointed they were that Sephora had no location in Downtown LA, and that they had to drive to Glendale. I said that I'd pass this along lol.
Thank you @BrendaBT and Proactiv for the opportunity to attend the event. My cousin and I enjoyed it, and it was actually the first time she and I went out together, so that was fun.
This is the gift bag that was gifted to us. The bag itself has come in handy during some farmers market runs.
