Hi Dr. Gross. I'm in my late 20's and still experiencing some hormonal acne. I have yet to find the perfect balance of what my skin needs. It's very oily so I use a powerful AHA/BHA acne serum, but I'm concerned about over drying my face. My skin was doing great pre-pandemic, now not so much (texture, breaking out). I use DR. DENNIS GROSS SKINCARE - Alpha Beta® Extra Strength Daily Peel and DR. Hi, Dr. Gross! I’m currently struggling with dryness and some uneven skin texture and coloration. I’ve attached a photo below but my biggest concern are these little bumps mostly on my cheeks and nose. They don’t have a whitehead or blackhead or anything but they don’t seem to want to go away!  I also have some redness around the cheek area. Thanks for your help.

You might want to check with your dermatologist, as it could be rosacea or some other type of skin condition. In the meantime, I would suggest using our DR.
