Fenty Beauty Foundation Shade

So I've been to 3 different Sephora and each one has given me different shades to what my skin tone is. I first got told I was 240 then the second time I went I was told 280 and I recently went back because it was too orangey for me and told me I was 260 but I still do not feel like this color is close to my actual skin tone. I am 6.5 in the luminous silk foundation in Giorgio Armani's foundation. I need help ladies!?!?

The same thing happens to me at Sephora when i try to get matched by staff. They are all over the place. The color iQ for 6.5 in the luminous silk foundation in Giorgio Armani is 3Y08 and that is an exact match to FB shade 250. The color iQ for FB shade 240 is 4Y07, 260 is 2Y07 and 280 is 1Y08. If FB 250 doesn't work maybe shade 270 which is 2Y08. It seems like they were close just didn't try the odd numbers. There's also lots of variations with color iQ and foundations, just because a foundation isn't exactly 3Y08 doesn't mean it won't work for you. You can also have them color iQ match you, they use a scanner that scans your forehead, cheek and neck. You might not be exactly 3Y08 either.

For reference, my color iQ is 3Y05 based on the scanner and FB shade 190 was the best for me and thats 1Y05. From other lines, I wear a shade 3 in Urban decay Naked which is 5Y06 and Nars pure radiant tinted moisturizer in Groenland which is 2Y06. Neither of those last two shades are perfect though but they blend out well and don't look weird. I probably should try Nars in Alaska though because that is actually 3Y05 (just realized). So there's quite some variation on what works but yeah Sephora employees will be matching me to wildly different shades often.
