Hide beard

Hi I’m a mtf transgender, I was wondering if anyone has any advice on hiding the appearance of my beard or at least reducing its visibility. Because it obsessed me so much and it makes me doubt of myself. Thank you for your help really appreciate it 🙂

RE: Hide beard

I second the advice for a peach/orange color corrector under your foundation. Also, applying a full coverage foundation with a damp (as in, fully saturated with water, then wrung out but with some density to it) sponge or beautyblender over that in a stippling motion. That motion is important for two reasons: it reduces the likelihood of smudging your color correcting layer, and it leaves you with a thicker/more full-coverage layer, which fully neutralizes the colors under it. If you find that to be slightly uneven, after applying it with the sponge and letting it dry down ever so slightly, you can try gently buffing out the foundation with a kabuki brush to make it smoother while keeping the makeup in place. Best of luck to you! You are beautiful 💖

I find a good a concealed helps with that and a sponge

Re: Hide beard

Yes, agreed! An orange/ peach toned color corrector used under your foundation/ concealer and/or powder will definitely help conceal any shadow.

I have seen a lot of people hide theirs with a peach toned colour corrector. Nyx makes a decent colour correcting palette for a reasonable price.
