I see some people have recommended some great products.  If you're interested in a more natural product, I recommend 100% tea tree oil.  It works best if you start using it at the first sign of a pimple coming up (I'm talking about those big deep pimples that hurt as they start surfacing).  You can use it directly by spot treating by dipping a cotton swab in the tea tree oil and then just dabbing it directly to the affected area.  You can also use it on your entire face but I wouldn't recommend using it directly.  You will want to mix it with something else (like jojoba oil or your moisturizer).  The way to do this is by covering the small opening of the tea tree oil with your palm and flipping the bottle over.  This will leave a smear of oil on your palm (it;s probably less than a drop).  You then add your serum, oil or moisturizer to your palm and you mix it and then apply all over your face.  Tea tree oil is very strong and can be irritating if used pure.  If you spot treat twice a day (in the morning and at night) you will notice that the pimple will start to diminish and disappear within 2-3 days.  I hope this is helpful!

Kate Somerville eradi-Kate is actually better that Mario Badesu because the percentage of pink clay in her's is higher, there's a lot of posts comparing the two. Look it up!

Apply an ice cube first to reduce the size. Then apply your favorite zit cream (mine is from Clinique). To help with the redness you can also use eye drops!
