usually i use phisoderm for my face but its like when the winter comes and i use it my skin gets like more dry

Re: question

Winter is horrible. Cold wind outdoors and dry air indoors caused by heating are hard on your skin. The heaters in cars are the worst. Try to stick to using floor heat only in the car. Use a humidifier in your bedroom, drink a lot of water, take flaxseed or fish oil supplements, avoid using hot water when washing your face,  and moisturize a lot. I don't use a cleanser in the morning. I double cleanse at night and just rinse my face when  I shower in the morning. I don't have any specific product recommendations because I don't know your age or skin type, but hyaluronic acid is effective at moisturizing.

well like i have like darker skin tone and im only like 20 and like the thing is I do drink ALOTS of water and i do take supplements and it feels like when the winter comes my skin becomes very dry and like when like the summer appears its like super oily and i get alll they pimples like everywhere.

I also really like the neutrogena hydroboost line, and I've recently been trying this earth to skin line they have at walmart. I use the supergreens serum because it doesn't have any ingredients that make me nervous, but it's got glycolic acid and some other great ones. I've used it for a few weeks and so far really like it! Been meaning to try the rest of the line as well. Definitely try either of those out. I was just recommending products I get from sephora, but if you don't mind purchasing it elsewhere, I really like those.

Try the laneige water bank essence or first aid beauty's coconut water cream. Laneige has a minis kit that includes the essence, great way to try it without purchasing the whole bottle. If you end up using the essence, apply it before you moisturize. I have the same skin concerns you describe, and I love both of their products. I don't have dark skin, but none of the ingredients in either should cause hyper pigmentation, scarring, or lightening in your skin. They are very gentle and focused on delivering moisture.

I've noticed that applying my essences and serums to wet skin after I cleanse also helps to sink that moisture into my face, as opposed to letting it dry beforehand. Especially if your facial products have glycerin, see if this works for you!

Maybe also try niacinamide if you notice more noticeable pores or oiliness after changing up your routine. The ordinary has a great one for cheap. Use it infrequently and do a patch test on your jaw first to make sure it doesn't cause any reactions. It is safe to use for most sensitive skin, though.
