magnesium lotion

i have heard magnesium lotions are really good and relaxing, especially before bed. Is that true? can someone pls confirm? I want a nice relaxing night cream, any suggestions here?

@Avni02 I have tried the one by Ren and it really works. Sephora doesn’t carry it anymore but you can order from their direct site.
