is la mer worth it?

i’m highly considering getting the la mer creme de le mer (ordinal) moisturizing cream. how do y’all feel about it? do you like it? is it worth the money or is it just overhyped

It's grossly overpriced. 

If you're hoping for results, take the money and go to a derm for non-invasive treatments that will show results and there are many products that will do the same thing for a fraction of the price. 

If you're looking for a lux product, go for it.

i have pretty nice and even skin, my only concern would be a little redness and occasional little bumps here and there. i’m just looking for a moisturizer that will hydrate my dry skin and make me glow, i’m also a sucker for luxury products lol

@peytonrobison It’s really preference. Some will tell you it’s overhyped and others will say it’s really good. I would get a sample first before buying the full size. For me I really like it but it is pricey.

I own several La Mer products, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. Drunk Elephant Lala Retro™ Nourishing Whipped Refillable Moisturizer 1.69 oz/ 50 mL is easily my favourite moisturizer.
