What are some good (and cheap) products that help get rid of acne quickly?

@kenzienr  Everyone's face is different, but I did find that Kate Somerville's Eradikate Acne Treatment works quickly overnight to shrink pimples.  I think it may be because it contains sulfur.  Unfortunately, the effective ingredient also has a strong smell that we couldn't tolerate.  But, if you can, it does work wonders.  Malin and Goetz also has an Acne Nighttime Treatment that contains sulfur; it may smell better.
