White dots under eye

I get white dots under my eye and on my eye lid but they won’t go away. Is there a product that will help with this? I rarely get acne and have normal skin.

 Do you use an eye cream or put your moisturizer on your eye area? It’s called Milia. A build up gets trapped near the surface of the skin and causes the small white bumps. It happens to me if I use an eye cream, I have to use eye serums. I got rid of them by using DR. DENNIS GROSS SKINCARE - Ferulic + Retinol Triple Correction Eye Serum as it has light chemical exfoliants in it, it went away bin about a week.
