What’s the best cleanser?

I have normal skin but I’ve been looking for a good cleanser that is preferably not super expensive. I’ve been using the Fresh soy face cleanser but I just ran out and it’s too expensive for me to rebuy it :(.

I love La Roche Posay Toleriance Hydrating Cleanser. I've tried high end cleansers in the past, but I still love La Roche Posay. I suggest checking it out! It is easily accessible at Target and around $15.
