What’s a good dupe for Tatcha Water Cream?

This is my favorite moisturizer but not the price 😬 any good dupes?

OK, babe, I got you. SO... my FAV moisturizer is the Neutrogena Water Gel moisturizer (its only like around 15-18 I recall) and I have gone thru 5 pots of it already!! The water gel from Tatcha isn't worth your money  (don't get me wrong... it is a great moisturizer but it's not worth the high price its sold at) the Neutrogena one is just as good. 

There are 2 different Neutrogena water gel moisturizers.. 

Water gel- normal skin... I like this one. it's very light-weight so when I don't need to be that moisturized I just massage this into my face and I'm good to go. (this is slightly scented but the scent is very lovely... AND the color is a light blue)

Gel- Cream- this is for "extra dry skin"... I have combination to oily skin and I unintentionally purchased this not knowing it was for dry skin... I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! the consistency is EXACTLY like a gel-cream... idk how to explain it... but the color is a white and there is no scent. Honestly, I like this better than the water gel but both are still great... I normally use this when my face needs more moisture. 

SO.. to compare this to the tatcha water gel... its basically exactly like the Gel-Cream... I don't know if the tatcha one is scented but I swear to you that the Neutrogena one is LIFE-SAVING and it is a trustworthy moisturizer. 

(and I believe both.. if not one has hyaluronic acid in it. )

I use the gel-cream everyday. Walgreens and ultra both have buy one get one half price all the time. it's 19.99 each in my area so I stock up when there's a sale
