What is the best face wash for me?

I'm 13 and I love makeup. I don't think it gives me pimples from wearing it to school and everywhere I think i just need to take better care of my skin. I really hate foundation but i don't want to have my borderline acne showing. I have combination skin and really really bad black heads on my nose. I wouldn't say i have acne but i do get breakouts at least once a week in various parts of my face and small pimples pop up multiple times a week. I really need a good face wash that would keep my skin clear and healthy. If someone could give me advice that would be amazing!

@macyjane A liquid cleanser would be best.  My favorite is Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser b/c it removes dirt/oil and makeup; another BIC doesn't rec foaming cleansers, so I will let you be the judge.  I've read that this one avoid pitfalls of other foaming cleansers...

I think you would really benefit from BHA for blackheads.  Paula's Choice is the only brand I rec; they have 1 and 2 percent BHA - even BHA 9 which is what I use.

For spot treatments, Clean & Clear Persagel can really help.

Oil-blotting papers are also very good.  Targets makes some nice inexpensive ones.

Good luck!

P.S. Differin is now OTC in the lower concentration, and it can do wonders.  If you still have persistent acne, ask your MD about Retin-A.

Peter Thomas Roth Cleansing Gel is a really great one It has AHA and BHA acids, so that will help with both acne and black heads

PanOxyl is a great cleanser for acne. It has two strengths 5% and 10%. You should probably start with the 5% because it can be drying. My dermatologist recommended it to me. He said it used to be prescribed but is now over the counter. You can get it at Walgreens rite aid or target
