Toner

Help! What is the best toner for sensitive oily acne prone skin????

RE: Toner

I have combination skin and very sensitive. I’m currently using Dr Roebucks’ toner and blithe essence. These are to help with redness, brightening, anti-aging, and hydration. My skin loves these products.

Re: Toner

Hi @Skelner,

I love the Lancome LANCôME - Tonique Confort Re-Hydrating Comforting Toner with Acacia Honey. It leaves your skin so soft and really helps balance out the skin leaving it feeling nice and clean.

I hope this helps!

Best Wishes,

Janean

Re: Toner

@Skelner I would recommend SUNDAY RILEY - Martian Mattifying Melting Water-Gel Toner. It doesn’t contain alcohol which will dry out your skin even more. This has a thicker consistency but melts into your skin once applied. Just use your hands, not a cotton round.

Re: Toner

Hi, @Skelner,

I like the OLEHENRIKSEN - Balancing Force™ Oil Control Toner. You could also try the Dermalogica Clear Start Breakout Clearing All over toner.

If you're looking for something a little less pricey, the Sheamoisture African Black Soap Problem Skin toner would be a good choice.

Re: Toner

I have tried this product before and it broke my skin out and did not reduce acne or oil. Thanks for the recommendation though!!!

Re: Toner

Hi, @Skelner

😞  Sorry to hear that. Reason I recommended the products I did, is that they do not contain alcohol (which often irritates sensitive skin), and the Ole has worked well for me (My skin is combo/oily, and a little to the sensitive side).

Do you have an idea as to which ingredients might be causing sensitivity?
