Toner recs?

Hi all! I am in the search for a toner - I have combination skin. I am now concern because I see that my pores have enlarged. I have changed my moisturizer to a gel one and I am now exfoliating - prob about every 8/10 days not a harsh one, but to help with deep cleansing my skin.  Any recommendations? I am open to high end and drugstore ones! the Nivea Aqua toner was my favorite for years until it was discotinued! I heard great things about the Fresh rose water one as well. THANK YOU!

Re: Toner recs?

thank you so much all for your recs! ❤️

Re: Toner recs?

The Son & Park beauty water is the holy grail toner in Korean skincare! It does it all and the packaging is elegant and simplistic as well!

@RosaLo Do you feel that your pores are clogged?  If so, you would benefit from BHA by Paula's Choice.  If not, then I rec searching beautypedia for their recs for best toners.  Good luck!

I stopped using actual toner and switched to witch hazel....

I stopped using actual toner and switched to witch hazel. Complete game changer. I don't have any blemishes as a result and my skin is completely consistent with texture and skin tone. I also don't ever break out anymore.

My favorite is the fresh rose deep hydrating toner

I like the Pixi Glow Tonic (unfortunately it's only sold at Target or online) it's an "acid" toner that gently exfoliates and hydrates my skin at the same time with Glycolic acid. I have noticed a difference in my nose pores looking better.

Re: Toner recs?

I highly recommend checking out Mario Badescu toners. They have about 15 toners for every type of skin concern. They have lots of toners for combination skin types. I'd recommend either the Cucumber Cleansing Toner for an everyday, gentle cleansing toner or the Alpha Grapefruit toner to gently exfoliate your skin. Their toners are really good for balancing skin after washing your face and I even use them as a makeup remover. Check them out!

Re: Toner recs?

I've used (and finished) the Kiehls alcohol free and calendula toners. The clinique toners are also really good and they have different types based on your skin type! Highly recommend either as a starter toner since they both work wonders and Sephora carries both brands now 🙂
