Tiny bumps on my cheeks

Hi guys! Did anyone ever had those little bumps on the skin? It never happened and it wont go away... idk wht to do

RE: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

When that happens to me ..one more thing other than irritation from beauty products it could be dust from your sheets and pillow covers. Try changing your bed sheet every 2 weeks.

RE: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

It could almost be contact dermatitis. Have you recently used any testers at stores? Sometimes we touch bacteria and touch our faces and it can happen especially if sensitive. I would see dermatologist. Good luck.

RE: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

I get them on the top of my arms. No idea...🧐

Re: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

this is happening to my face right now, the cheeks:(

Re: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

hey gorgeou! I’m no Dr., but it could be irritation from facial powders! Talc is an ingredient that can irritate sensitive skin and clog pores! check bronzers, contour, blush and foundation powder ingredients! if its in the top 5 of the list, it could be your culprit!

Re: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

Hey guys

I think I might have the same problem...could anyone finally find a solution for this? I have super tiny bumps ( some in clusters) on my cheeks and recently on my forehead. Dermetalogist prescribed some AHA cream but I guess its not working.

I don know what to do

Re: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

Hey did you get a cure for this? I have the exact same

RE: Re: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

Chemical sunscreen, talc in products and highly fragrant products can also cause acne like rash. AHA, BHA and retinol products can clear it over time.

RE: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

It could also be your diet, especially if you eat/drink dairy. Although I have stopped using MAC face make-up products and my milia bumps have stopped for 3 years now.

Re: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

I was having a very similar reaction happing to my off and on for the past two years! I thought it was a reaction to the heat because mine would come and go only on hot days. I finally went to the dermatologist because it was becoming more frequent. She told me I had rosacea! Im not saying that is what this is, but I'd definitely recommend making an appointment because its not worth wondering when they can help you very quickly! Hope this helps 🙂

This!  Go see a dermatologist.  It will be cheaper and less stressful  in the long run.

The fact you haven’t always had this makes me feel like it’s something you’ve recently introduced or rosacea.

What happens when you take a Benadryl?  Also, I notice that it’s in the area your hair would naturally fall on your face.  Have you changed your haircare recently?

Have u ever tried a salicylic face wash and/or a gentle exfoliator? It might help.

No, its not a reaction. Ive had those all my life and also have them on the backs of my arms, thighs, and hips. I went to a dermatologist about it and they said it was just my skin type, so dont worry its extremely common and like 30-40% of people have it:)

I'm no expert, but to me it looks more like an allergic reaction than a breakout. Did you switch your foundation or skincare products or something?

RE: Re: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

I started using the mikly gel cleanser by glossier, as well as the weleda skin food....

Yes!!! I’ve gotten told mine resembles Milia, I have used differin gel, and different toners and masks-the differin gel has helped a little, but I’m at a stand still and what to do as well. I’m curious as to if a chemical peel would help or make it worse /:

RE: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

I recently started getting texture on my skin in the last two years and I tried everything and nothing worked until I started microneedling. After my first session all old scars were gone, skin was a lot plumper and all my texture was gone plus my hormonal acne disappeared. Maybe this would help you. I tried a chemical peel and it worked for a week and came right back. Maybe you would have better luck but honestly I would recommend going straight to the needling.

Re: RE: Tiny bumps on my cheeks

Do you get the microneedling professionally done or do you use a tool or both?

Does it go away? )-:
