Does anyone know why this line isn’t available in store here in Canada?

@MelodyMoop I am not sure why but the ordinary isn’t available in Sephora stores in the US either, it is online only. Some other stores here, such as Ulta carry it in store but only a few locations, it’s not in store at every Ulta.

Hi @MelodyMoop i'm not quite sure why the line isn't available in-store, but I will say that I ordered a whole bunch of it online and it came within a matter of days 🙂 There are a few products that still aren't available in Canada unfortunately due to restrictions and regulations with respect to high potency levels of certain ingredients, but i'm hopeful they'll make it in soon! I know there was some contention with this product line between Ulta and Sephora, so maybe it has something to do with this? I searched online after seeing your post, but I can't find anything speaking specifically as to why it's not available IN stores.
