The Ordinary

I am looking for my restock of The Ordinary products and I noticed that Sephora stopped carrying all the products except for the primer. Does anyone know what's going on?

RE: The Ordinary

Yeah they're supposed to move to ulta but in the meantime I've been buying through beautylish.com

The Ordinary

if you are in canada well.ca also carries it. wish sephora kept carrying it!!!

RE: The Ordinary

According to Allure, The Ordinary is going to Ulta. However, I predict that the line will be online only based on the number of other smaller brands that Ulta only has available online. So you’ll either have to pay shipping or purchase enough to get free shipping. I have ordered The Ordinary from both Beautylish and Deciem direct and I prefer Deciem. They have free shipping at $25+ and they’re typically pretty quick despite their disclaimer about being so busy that it can take longer. I just placed an order with them on Friday morning and received it today on Tuesday.

Re: The Ordinary

that really sucks! I really liked their products. I placed an order less than 2 wks ago and went online today to order a couple of things i am running low on and there arent any products available. Like another person said, having flash shipping came in handy when you just need to order like 1 or 2 items. Now i will have to use alternate sites .... this is just disappointing.

Re: The Ordinary

Really confused as to why Sephora would drop this brand.

Re: The Ordinary

Not sure why, but it might be in my opinion the way he the owner has been acting on the company instagram page. It seems like he is going through something, and seems a bit nuts and has even been insulting customers.

Re: The Ordinary

They were really struggling with wholesale fulfillment... I don't think Deciem was able to supply them with product consistently enough. I think the decision may have been on the brand end, though?

RE: The Ordinary

Ugh i noticed this too. So sad! Such great products and price!

Re: The Ordinary

So weird, I got a "Back in Stock" notice for the Rosehip Seed oil, but only one product from The Ordinary remains if you go to the brand page - the primer.  Dangit!

Re: The Ordinary

Dammit! I knew it was too good to be true. Seems like lately, every really great skin or beauty product I find drops the colors/formulas or treatments that I love. TO was such a great price point, too. Very disappointed by this.

Re: The Ordinary

According to the Deciem's Instagram stories, or pics, the brand is pulling out of Sephora. You can get them direct, or through Beautylish.

Re: The Ordinary

Well this is a total bumber. I use several products from the Ordinary, off and on, and since they came to Sephora, it was much easier to order these, especially with flash shipping. Thank you...i am not on Instagram much and have been confused about what's going on. I do feel like Sephora should make customers, specifically those of us that have ordered this brand, aware of this.
