The Ordinary AHA/BHA????

The Ordinary AHA/BHA????

@acbreau I also just use my fingers

The Ordinary AHA/BHA????

@acbreau You can apply the peel with a cotton pad, qtips, or a fan brush if you like. Some people drop it directly on their skin and spread. User's choice. 😉 ... I often use my fingers with superficial peels, but know that that can lead to peeling of the fingertips.

Re: The Ordinary AHA/BHA????

the ordinary has 30% AHA which means it does not penetrate deep into the skin- like BHA does. BHA gets really into your skin and is good for acne. I recommend using a jade or rose quartz roller. you can also pat with your fingers too.

Not to be contrary, but BHA penetrates deeper into the skin than AHAs (fruit acids), which along with being oil-soluble is why BHAs are used to treat acne (e.g. salicylic acid). 🙂
