I love the  Lancome Tonique Confort Re-Hydrating Comforting Toner with Acacia Honey. It leaves your skin so soft and hydrated. This is perfect if you want dewy skin.

I also suggest the Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner.

I absolutely love the Beauty Water by Son & Park! Very fresh and hydrating. I believe it's $30 but the bottle is 11.49 oz which is bigger than most toners. You can get it at Sephora as well.

I’ve actually been using the rose toner from the body shop. It’s pretty inexpensive at 16 dollars. It’s non-comedogenic which mean it doesn’t clog pores, non fragranced, and I believe it’s vegan along with cruelty free. (I add all this just in case those mean anything to you) it’s a gel to liquid toner so it’s easy to poop on a cotton round and spread on the face. It’s made with aloe Vera community fair trade from Mexico so it’s very hydrating and gentle on the face. I just like it because it gets all my last bits of makeup off my face and any missed cleanser and hydrated and preps my skin. 10/10 do recommend !
