Tatchi or Tata Harper Products

Has anyone ever used Tatchi or Tata Harper products and if so would you recommend and what would you recommend? Thanks!

Tatchi or Tata Harper Products

Tatcha for cleansers. The Camellia oil cleanser and powder cleanser are both excellent (although get Tata's regenerating cleanser if you don't want to take the time mixing the powder cleanser). my favorite Tata Harper product is the beautifying face oil. it's such a hidden gem!

RE: Tatchi or Tata Harper Products

I’m a really big fan of both lines. I have dry, full skin. Tatcha I love the firming hydrating serum, camellia oil cleanser, silk cream (summer, not heavy enough for winter), and indigo body butter/hand cream. Tata I love the resurfacing mask for glow and regenerating cleanser. Both lines have a range of products for all skin types, depending on what you’re looking for.

The Tata Harper Resurfacing mask is great. I'm a Tata fan. The Glow For it Kit ($60) is a great set of products to introduce yourself to her line.

RE: Tatchi or Tata Harper Products

Hi I use the tacha eye serum but I don’t see any difference on my under eyes lid I :(.

RE: Tatchi or Tata Harper Products

I purchased the Tata Harper set with the regenerating cleanser and resurfacing mask. Overall I like the cleanser it makes you skin soft it has little scrubbing bits that feel look like cinnamon overall it a nice I really like the mask I put it on at night and wash it off in the morning and my skin is super soft if you have dry skin I would definitely recommend. I have combination skin and I still feel like it makes my skin baby soft. I also like Tatcha I only tried the water cream so far but it's light and super moisturizing. Hope that helps.

Tatcha

If you have dry or irritated skin, I think Tatcha's whole indigo line is great. I personally use the Indigo Soothing Triple Recovery Cream whenever my face needs extra moisture or calming. I think it also helps with redness. It's expensive, so I try to buy them at QVC since they have special sets and deals especially around the holidays.

I also really enjoy their Luminous Deep Hydration Sheet Mask. I see a visible difference after I use this mask, especially under my eyes. They look more "filled" and lifted. I use their Aburatorigami Japanese Blotting papers as well, but their blotting papers not much to it!

Things that I've tried that I either didn't like or don't care for include the Luminous Dewy Skin Mist and  Luminous Deep Hydration Firming Eye Treatment. The mist packaging is lovely but it broke me out on my face and chest. The eye treatment applicator has a nice cooling effect to it, but I didn't see any visible results.

Tata Harper

I use their Purifying Cleanser twice daily and I really enjoy it. I think any of their cleansers would be good really. I would also recommend the Resurfacing Mask, it will exfoliate and make your skin brighter. I've also used it as a acne spot treatment and it works pretty well.

Re: Tatchi or Tata Harper Products

I use the Tatcha Camellia Cleansing Oil as step one for double cleansing. (You could use it alone if you wanted, it does a great job, just my pores will clog very easily so I do better playing it safe with washing my face.) It's light, no strong smell, no greasy feeling. It won't sting your eyes. Still, I was really kind of pained to give in and buy it, since it cost more than I wanted to spend on this step of my routine - I tried a lot of other oil cleansers, cleansing oils, and straight up oils before finally giving in. But my skin likes *this* one the best and just doesn't care what my wallet thinks about it, I guess, so I'm buying less eyeliner or something. Thanks, skin. Everything else I tried wound up breaking me out, even though I was washing my face immediately after with the other cleanser. I still haven't figured out what makes this one special, why it works for my skin while the others have been failures.

Re: Tatchi or Tata Harper Products

Thank you! Great to know it didn't break you out as I find some oils can break me out. I will definitely try a few samples and see how my skin reacts. Thanks for the advice:)
