Sunscreen

I have super sensitive, dry skin and when I use sunscreen on my face tinted or not it burns and causes redness and pain. Does anyone have a good face sunscreen recommendation for super sensitive and dry skin that doesn’t hurt the skin? Thank you so much!

@lalato5   Which sunscreen(s) have you tried so far that irritated your skin? Were any of them zinc oxide (mineral or physical) sunscreens? 

Some folks with sensitive skin have better luck with zinc oxide sunscreens. The trade-off is sometimes a very noticeable white or purple cast, depending on your skin tone. Oh, and if you’re sensitive to UV filters in chemical sunscreens: some mineral sunscreens do actually contain a chemical UV filter called butyloctyl salicylate, which may be why some of those sunscreens still irritate some people’s skin. Off the top of my head, the only one I can think of that doesn’t contain that ingredient is Pipette Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50. But beware: if your skin tone is medium-deep or deeper, that sunscreen might leave a white cast (it did on me).

I use Kiehl's ultra facial cream, and it moisturizes while evens. it makes my face smooth and it is unscented and it doesn't dry or clump it works well in my opinion. but if you're looking for a full body lotion or moisturizer the "Find Comfort Hydrating Body Lotion By Selena Gomez " works well its very hydrating. #  #
