Sunscreen recommendations for Indian Tan skin

So I am very basic in terms of my routine and so far I've been blessed with clear skin but I know it might catch up with me.

In terms of sunscreen..... I don't usually wear it and notice it is starting to make my indian skin become weirdly pigmented. I would like to start wearing sunscreen but I prefer something that is convenient. I live in Toronto so it's not too hot in summer but for example when I go to the Caribbean I become orange instantly.

For face- I was planning on just choosing a moisturizer that after I wash my face, I put on a moisturizer that has sunscreen in it. I was using La Roche / Aveeno for this but I end up getting zits from it.

JOSIE MARAN - Argan Daily Moisturizer SPF 47

SHISEIDO - Urban Environment Oil-Free UV Protector Broad Spectrum Face Sunscreen SPF 42

For body-I don't really spend time outside maybe in/out of a car daily but some days I might sit outside for half an hour or so. My face/neck and arms and feet will likely be bare but I would be covered in terms of torso, legs

Options for Body:

a) I am wondering if I should simply wear it when I wake up (maybe a body lotion with sunscreen) and then no need to reapply rest of day.

OR

b) Apply it only when I'm about to go out

Product wise for body sunscreen: does it matter which brand  if it's brand name or drug store brand? My main goals is that it is sheer, not sticky, easy to apply, won't clog pores. Recommendations would be really appreciated where it won't cost too much monthly.

1) would I need to shower before applying or is it okay if I apply and then later shower in evening as I usually do?

2) stick to applying only where I will get sun? or everywhere (ie if I wear pants do I need to put it on there?)

3) do I need to reapply?

4) Is wearing sunscreen in the morning automatically ok or it won't be beneficial unless I wear it right before going outside?

Thank you for reading in advance I really appreciate it.

My holy grail sunscreen is the Japanese Kose Suncut Sunscreen!  I use the one in the hard yellow bottle.  It's waterproof, has SPF 50+, UV Protection, and PA++++!  It's a gel so it doesn't leave any streaks.  A 100g bottle is about $15 online.

The Neutrogena spray sunscreen is great. It's light and easy to apply.
