Summer Must Haves

Since it is summer and we want to be conscious of the sun, what are some good face sunscreens that lays good under makeup? I've only tried the Neutrogena one since it is affordable, doesn't have a horrible white cast and has a good SPF coverage.

What do you consider a good coverage for SPF?

Definentely something over 30 SPF.
