Squalane: Biossance vs The Ordinary vs Biossance Squalane Vt. C

I've recently finished a sample of the Biossance Squalane & Vitamin C oil and loved it. I've been looking at the ingredient list of the Vit. C version versus pure Squalane and the only real ingredient difference is Vitamin C. Has anyone tried both the Biossance versions? Have you noticed a major difference between the two. The pure squalane costs $68 for 100ml and the Vitamin C version costs $90 for 30ml. I already use the Drunk Elephant C-Firma so the added Vitamin C isn't important to me but I love how my skin feels after the added moisture of the oil.

If anyone has tried The Ordinary version, I'd love to hear how you liked that? Thanks!!

Hi there @Aaliaa ! Fortunately, I’ve had great experiences with the products you mentioned. The one I cannot give an opinion on is TO’s Vit C, just because I’ve never used it. I find the Biossance squalane oil is drier than its squalane and Vit C oil. The Squalane and Vit C seems to give me more of that brightness I like and try to incorporate every day. Both oils feel great after DE’s Firma - C. The only problem is I don’t know how much longer I can wait to buy Biossance Vit C oil and DE’s Firma C!! Sephora’s sale is roughly a month away! I hope this bit of info helps!

I also just discovered this brand, after recently purchasing elizabeth arden and other high end face products.  This Biossance Squalane + Probiotic Moisturizer seems to be marketed towards acne-prone skin; I have rosacea and sensitive skin, but no acne.  Can anyone give me advice on whether these issues are similar enough that this would be a good fit for me?  Also, does anyone recommend a good regimen for mid-30s skin with mild rosacea and some dulness / dark spots?  Thanks!

Thanks @6come6! I think I'm down to picking between the Squalane and Squalane + Vit. C from Biossance. The price difference makes it tempting to go for just the squalane but I think I'll pick up a sample of both and compare.

@Aaliaa Biossance direct used to have a free sample that you could order from there website direct. I believe it was $5 for both. 

EDIT- yep they still have it! Direct on their website! I have ordered from them and had a great experience.
