Small Acne Bumps on Forehead and In-Between Eyebrows

The acne on my forehead is barely acne, it's bumps I can't do anything about cuz it's so small. How do I fix it without buying new products?I'm thinking it may be my skincare routine, in the morning I use CeraVe cleanser, glow recipe watermelon toner, under eye cream, bubble water cream moisturizer and banana boat sunscreen. At night CeraVe, tower 28 spray, and the bubble moisturizer. I'm thinking it's the sunscreen but I don't know for sure. It also may be hormonal.

I have the same thing. My dermatologist classified it as a specific type of acne called fungal acne, also known as Malassezia folliculitis. They kind of look like clusters of small, uniform red bumps and rarely include whiteheads.

It mainly occurs due to infection of your hair follicles caused by an overgrowth of the yeast that naturally occurs on our skin.

Some recommendations would be making sure to change your pillowcase often, washing your face after sweating,  and obviously using non-comedogenic products. However, many standard acne products do not work and will only lead to further inflammation. Try looking for facial products like Ketoconazole cream, or with squalane, mineral oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glycerin, or hyaluronic acid.
